CNO Financial Group Manager, Marketing Fulfillment Operations in Carmel, Indiana

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Services and Fulfillment, the Manager of Marketing Fulfillmen t oversees marketing resource management (MRM) systems, marketing vendor and print management, process improvement and marketing administration functions for CNO Financial and its family of insurance brands. This highly interactive and cross-functional role requires high attention to detail, an ability to influence change and help create tools to align the marketing fulfillment team to design and execute on projects as efficiently as possible under tight deadlines. The Manager, Marketing Fulfillment Operations also excels in operations that facilitate scalability, predictability, and efficiency focused on growth. This role is a catalyst for supporting business needs for marketing and vendor process efficiency and cost savings.

Your Impact:

  • Manage five team members to help ensure efficient marketing operations and administrative processes. This includes print and inventory management, direct mail marketing operations support, vendor management, client service, reporting and analysis, and administrative oversight for marketing contracts, purchase orders, invocing and shipping for the marketing department.

  • Work directly with internal and external clients to ensure the highest level of customer service and communication is delivered. Ensure creative solutions, process recommendations, parameters and deliverables meet established goals.

  • Collaborate with creative services manager to estimate, scope, and resource each project to avoid schedule constraints and delays.

  • Oversee marketing resource management (MRM) systems.

  • Participate in day-to-day management of corporate print vendor, including inventory management, client service, print orders and fulfilment.

  • Lead team on new marketing contract execution and implementation.

  • Oversee weekly, monthly and quarterly creative services and print fulfillment reporting.

  • Coordinate technical service vendors for creative services team for MAC workstation and server management.

  • Collaborate with marketing fulfillment, marketing business partners and other internal partners on creative ideas, market trends, new business ideas and process efficiencies.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or other related field is required; or equivalent.

  • Five to seven years of work experience in a marketing process or operations capacity.

  • Demonstrated knowledge on print and digital asset managers, vendor management, process and workflow tools.

  • Demonstrated experience in process, project, and change management.

  • Strong proficiency in database management in FileMaker Pro or similar database tools.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional.

  • Creative problem solver with an exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to storyboard or translate concepts to internal/external business partners.

  • Ability to embrace change, adapt creative strategies, and work in a matrix environment that is rapidly changing, and short turnaround schedules are the norm.

  • Demonstrated collaboration, communication and leadership skills.

  • Previous management experience is preferred.

  • Experience working at large financial or insurance organizations or a design agency or a software company, or service provider preferred.
