CNO Financial Group Marketing Fulfilment Analyst in Carmel, Indiana

CNO Financial Marketing Team is hiring a MARKETING FULFILLMENT ANALYST to manage print inventory levels, fulfillment and maintaining print and digital vendor relationships, associate training on systems and collaborating with business unit leadership and budgeting to monitor print spend trends while looking for cost-savings opportunities as well as managing print inventory levels for all Marketing assets.

This is your opportunity to work closely with the Consumer, Worksite and Integrated Marketing teams to ensure print projects timelines and budgets are maintained as expected for CNO and its family of brands

As a MARKETING FULFILLMENT ANALYST , your responsibilities will include:

  • Procurement and management of inventory levels of all printed materials including but not limited to brand literature, corporate sponsored events, direct mail, fulfillment campaigns and policyholder materials for the CNO family of brands.

  • Associate training on database and team processes Troubleshooting and problem-solving issues on a weekly basis.

  • Being resourceful to help answer sales team(s) and internal partners questions with vendor(s).

  • Manage daily print production activities and costs to ensure cost effectiveness Subject matter expert for print and fulfillment needs for all CNO entities Input print specifications, quantities, pricing and delivery information into Marketing’s asset database Act as liaison between internal departments, marketing services, and external print/mail vendors to coordinate and achieve timely and accurate print fulfillment.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and provide feedback on fulfillment for marketing campaigns through print and fulfillment data analysis, industry trends and forecasted print industry updates.

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving issues on a weekly basis. Being resourceful to help answer agent and internal user questions with vendor.

  • Daily management print vendor relationships and daily print production activities Vendor invoicing which includes purchase order requests, invoice vetting/approvals and processing.

  • Managing online agent ordering material website Maintaining data integration between outside vendors and internal CNO data systems Reporting and data analysis Assist direct mail and fulfillment campaigns duties including maintaining campaign specifications: print orders, sign offs, samples and properly organizing and archiving on corporate servers.

  • Assist in developing marketing process details and continuously brainstorm and develop process improvement concepts and implement as needed.

The MARKETING FULFILLMENT ANALYST position is well-suited for you if you:

  • Deadline oriented with the ability to handle pressure and consistently meet deadlines.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Willing to take initiative, ownership, and risk.

  • Able to seamlessly prioritize and multitask while managing multiple projects, jobs and programs simultaneously

  • Preferred print production or buyer experience

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in data management software systems (i.e. FileMaker Pro)

  • Experience and understanding of marketing and advertising campaign development and execution

  • Strong knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, accounting, finance or related field of study; or equivalent.

  • Requires a minimum of three years of experience in print production, fulfillment and vendor management.

  • Previous experience data and asset management preferred.

CNO Financial Group is pursuing a hybrid working model. Our associates will have access to come into their affiliated Office (Carmel, Chicago or Philadelphia) up to 2 days/week, and work from home up to 3 days/week. To ensure accessibility to our corporate campuses, we ask that candidates reside within a 60 mile radius of the position location.
