CNO Financial Group ServiceNow/ITSM Architect in Carmel, Indiana
As the Lead ITSM Architect on the IT Infrastructure team, you will design, implement, document and oversee the ServiceNow platform at CNO in alignment with IT Strategy and the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) process design. This role will ensure ServiceNow design and implementation is efficient, well documented, and is easily maintained.
Collaborates with ITSM Architect in ITSM process flow analysis and process design and/or redesign; collaborates with Service Provider(s) to optimize ServiceNow implementation.
Design ServiceNow implementations that align to defined CNO ITSM process, including workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, catalogs, orchestration, utilizing out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible and utilizing customization only when necessary.
Designs System integration interfaces, as needed.
Ensures implementation designs utilize ServiceNow best practices.
Documents all ServiceNow process designs.
Presents solution options, risk and impacts for process optimizations and revisions.
Runs ServiceNow reporting as needed.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Good working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
Ability to exercise judgement to determine appropriate courses of action.
Works on assignments of moderate technical complexity.
Ability to function in a Managed Services / Offshore deployment mode
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and other business-related software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field is required, or equivalent experience.
ITIL v3 or v4 certifications preferred.
A minimum of three years of experience as a technical resource for ServiceNow platform.
