CNO Financial Group Benefits Services Manager in Casselberry, Florida

This position partners manages all facets of a Platinum Customer. Oversees the maintenance of the client’s communication website and online enrollment system while providing ongoing support and excellent client service to maintain and grow the client relationship.

This position will require excellent project management skills, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and will be responsible for managing the requirements and services for their clients.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Core Competencies

Knowledgeable to discuss all topics including but not limited to: Technical support, Benefit questions, Comparison of benefits, Explanation of costs, Confirmation of coverage, HSA, HRA and FSA explanations, Open enrollment, COBRA, etc.

  • Lead support for a large client

  • Lead weekly calls with customer

  • Manage and facilitate all initiatives and customer projects

  • Process eligibility incoming files

  • Process payroll outgoing files

  • Run payroll audits at least quarterly but can be monthly

  • Ability to communicate with others professionally through accurate spelling, proper use of capitalization, punctuation, and sentence structure

  • Run audits in WBD system to look for discrepancies (missing SSN, missing beneficiaries, missing genders, etc.)

  • Prepare a monthly communication dashboard to provide to the client

  • Prepare. Run, Create monthly billing reports

  • Create and maintain all employee reports

  • Train Call Center Specialists as needed

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Be able to handle and resolve issues with all types of callers

  • Attention to detail with 100% accuracy for data entry

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

  • Ability to effectively and efficiently multitask

  • In partnership with the Senior Account Executive, review the professional website each quarter to make sure it is up to date.

  • Once or twice a year you may be required to travel to your client locations. This is to ensure we stay in front of our clients and are providing exceptional customer support and value to their organization. This requires you to have polished, professional presentation and meeting skills. All travel expenses will be covered in full by the company.

Education and Experience:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent

  • 3 years’ implementation experience

  • 2 years’ benefits administration experience
