CNO Financial Group ACA Account Executive in Chicago, Illinois

Web Benefits Design is hiring a ACA ACCOUNT SPECIALIST that will be a part of the Data Connections department, supporting all phases of ACA implementations in the Web Benefits Design’s Total Access Exchange enrollment platform. This position will be responsible for implementing clients on our ACA platform and providing ongoing support for future data releases.

This is a client facing role where the ACA Account Specialist is responsible for consulting and guiding client ACA requirements and compliance as it relates to the federal and state level reporting. Ensuring that we have received all the necessary FEINs, data files and supporting information to create the ACA data. Oversee all internal auditing process to qualify data output prior to clients review. Work closely with internal departments to ensure system is configured to align with ACA reporting requirements. Assist clients with reviewing and understanding different facets of the 1094-C and 1095-C form.

The ACA Account Specialist will also be responsible for providing necessary training to clients to aid with navigating through the ACA tools located in HR Access. They will manage the ACA inbox and hotline to meet customer service levels for the client and broker partners.

As a ACA ACCOUNT SPECIALIST , your responsibilities will include:

  • Participation in all phases of ACA implementations (kick off call, gathering FEIN, system configuration)

  • Review and audit historical data files to backfill ACA system with missing gaps of eligibility.

  • Perform testing and thoroughly document progress and issues as it relates to the 1094c and 1095c data.

  • Process and monitor inbound and outbound communications.

  • Work with internal CEX and configuration internal teams to ensure the online enrollment portal is configured properly to successfully generate the ACA data.

  • Work with development team to identify system bugs that impact the data output of the 1094 and 1095c forms.

  • Consulting the client on ACA requirements and compliance.

  • Manage client expectation of ACA timelines and deliverables.

As a ACA ACCOUNT SPECIALIST your responsibilities will include:

  • Knowledge of 1094/1095c forms

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Great attention to detail

  • Strong problem solving skills / solution-oriented

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Organized in the responsibilities outlined above

  • Testing experience and project management experience preferred

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Associates Degree

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or administration.

CNO Financial Group is pursuing a hybrid working model. Our associates will have access to come into their affiliated Office (Carmel, Chicago or Philadelphia) up to 2 days/week, and work from home at least 3 days/week. To ensure accessibility to our corporate campuses, we ask that candidates reside within a 90 minute drive of the position location.
