CNO Financial Group Director, Marketing Services & Fulfillment in Chicago, Illinois
Job Summary : As the Director of Marketing Services and Fulfillment, reporting to the Vice President, Communications, you are responsible for creative services, print fulfillment and marketing operations for CNO Financial and its family of insurance brands. In this role you will partner closely with the company’s Consumer and Worksite Division brand managers, digital marketing, product marketing, and corporate communications teams to develop and deliver creative and marketing support for customers, associates and agents.
Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of creative design, print and marketing fulfillment team members that develop and deliver marketing and creative design materials to the organization.
Oversee high-volume marketing services and print asset creation to deliver assigned projects, materials and campaigns on-time, on brand and with budget for internal clients within the organization.
Participate in developing strategic marketing and communications project plans with brand managers and internal clients.
Provide input into the creative marketing strategies developed and employed by internal clients to support sales goals.
Provide a single point of coordination and oversight for all marketing services and print request intake, creation and delivery. Oversees project trafficking and prioritization with partners.
Define marketing services and print marketing metrics, goals, and performance indicators and aligns them with the marketing strategic goals.
Accountable for marketing department print budget; builds strong business cases to secure funding for resources, technology, tools and media that are required to deliver print and social media marketing strategy.
Oversee print vendor, marketing vendor, creative staffing agency and freelancer relationships.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience. Master’s degree in related field is preferred.
Typically requires ten or more years of marketing leadership experience, leading large-scale operations and programs.
