CNO Financial Group Sr. Analyst Web & Digital Metrics - REMOTE from any US based location in central or eastern time zones in Chicago, Illinois

CNO’s Marketing department is hiring a Sr. Analyst - Web & Digital Metrics to design and develop daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to measure key metrics and monitor trends. This position will monitor and uncover web and digital campaign improvement opportunities using ad-hoc and standard dashboards. This position also leads the digital analytics strategy and technical needs, including web/omnichannel digital analytics report design, development, and analysis.

As a Sr. Analyst - Web & Digital Metrics , your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform quality assurance tests on analytics implementations

  • Designing and developing daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to measure key metrics and monitor trends

  • Lead all aspects of digital analytics and technical needs, including web/omnichannel digital analytics report design, development, and analysis

  • Analyze gaps in data analytics approach and recommend best practices to support reporting needs

  • Communicate with technical and business resources using your expert knowledge of digital analytics solutions, including Google Analytics & Data Studio, Sitecore Experience Analytics, Salesforce, and similar digital analytics platforms

  • Collaborate with User Experience and Content teams to improve and analyze website analytics of all CNO digital properties

  • Execute high-value marketing reports and communicate marketing campaign results

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of automated and ad-hoc reports

The Sr. Analyst, Web & Digital Metrics position is well-suited for you if you:

  • Have demonstrated expertise of marketing principles and practices, particularly around social media.

  • Possess strong metrics dashboard design experience, including expert knowledge of digital analytics solutions such as Google Analytics & Data Studio, Sitecore Experience Analytics, Salesforce, and similar digital analytics platforms

  • Present excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute multiple objectives simultaneously without sacrificing time or quality

  • Strong ability to work fast without compromising quality or accuracy

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in installing, optimizing, and reporting using Google Analytics or a similar analytics tool such as Omniture, Adobe, etc.

  • Experience with tag management implementations like Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc.

  • At least 3 years of experience in analyzing traffic, consumer journeys, conversion funnels, heat maps, and pathing reports

  • Exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint including pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.

CNO Financial Group offices reopened in April 2022 and we will be pursuing a hybrid working model. Associates who live within a 60 mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Philadelphia, Orlando and Milwaukee) will have access to come into that Office up to 2 days/week, and work from home at least 3 days/week. This role is full time work from home (WFH), also known as Remote. This role can be performed from any US based location within the central or eastern time zone. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
