CNO Financial Group Client Delivery Consultant-Remote in Central & Eastern Time Zone in Orlando, Florida

CNO's Worksite Division is hiring an experienced Client Delivery Consultant to lead delivery for clients implementing one or multiple worksite services, including Personalized Benefits Education and Enrollment, Strategic Benefits Communications, Advocacy and Transparency Services, and Benefits Administration Technology. S/he is responsible for managing both the client and internal teams through all phases of service delivery, from kickoff and implementation through ongoing services, including acting as the lead point of contact with the client for all services post-sale. S/he applies knowledge of worksite solutions to define and drive the project plan, allocate and manage resources and ensure that the quality of the deliverables is met.

This is an opportunity to merge your attention to detail, with problem solving, to support successful client implementation and delivery. This position can be remote for individuals living in, or willing to operate, in Central or Eastern Time Zone.

As a Client Delivery Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Own primary accountability for project deliverables and customer satisfaction of client implementations; act as day-to-day point of client contact during discovery, kickoff, requirements discussions, and weekly status meetings with clients.

  • Manage multiple workstreams (may include sub-project managers) and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget and meet customer requirements; serves as the primary escalation point for company and leads cross-functional teams to solve project problems.

  • Understand the Statement of Work (SOW) and contract requirements, map SOW to the project plan, and deliver results to customer.

  • Create and manage complex project plans, including deliverables, tasks, milestones, resources, and timeline.

  • Lead regular customer and internal project team meetings for discovery, planning and project status purposes. Organize and manage client working sessions as needed to complete discovery and requirement gathering phases of a project or facilitate agreement on open issues.

  • Identify, understand, and work through customer roadblocks to adoption, as well as short term and long-term solutions.

  • Direct cross-functional teams to solve project problems. Resolve project issues and mitigates risks; serves as the primary escalation point for the company and customer project teams. Manage resource requirements with competing demands on large/complex sized projects.

  • Update management on project status, including Key Performance Indicators for customer satisfaction, project schedule and project financials, on a timely basis.

  • Manage project scope and works closely with the Sales Director when changes to project scope are required.

  • You can learn and proficiently use internal systems that support the role.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.

  • 5 years of experience in employee benefits, benefit administration or consulting, Health and Welfare benefits or Benefits Outsourcing firms.

  • Experience managing cross functional, virtual project teams in a matrixed reporting environment.

  • Ability to travel for critical customer meetings. Amount of travel ranges from 10-20% depending on project assignment.

Currently, all CNO Financial Group offices are closed due to the ongoing pandemic. Upon reopening, we will be pursuing a hybrid working model. Associates who live within a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Carmel, Chicago, or Philadelphia) will have access to come into that Office up to 2 days/week, and work from home at least 3 days/week. This role is full time work from home (WFH), also known as Remote. This role can be performed from any US based location within the central or eastern time zone. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
