CNO Financial Group Director Digital and E-commerce in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
CNO is seeking a digital marketing professional to lead a high performing team focused on driving digital web expansion and e-commerce. Reporting into the VP, Integrated Marketing, this leader will work closely with Consumer and Worksite business units and IT leadership to creatively deliver new ideas into actionable and effective digital capabilities. This role will assist in defining our web vision & strategy, drive long-term evolution roadmap, oversee multiple agile web development teams, transform user experience, and partner with IT & Operations to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Develop, lead and ensure execution of digital web/UX strategy, e-commerce strategy, and digital platforms evolution. Manage, evaluate, prioritize, develop, implement and test digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives. Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans supporting the digital marketing and e-commerce strategy. Direct the user experience of websites including site navigation, content development and updates, and promotional campaigns. Develop a roadmap and quarterly learning agenda for A/B testing and optimization Manage all aspects of web analytics related to digital marketing and e-commerce and communicate relevant information to team members and executive leadership. Partner with several internal teams to execute strategy across creative, brand, content, social media, public relations, and other teams supporting multi-channel marketing programs. Ensure all sites deliver a premium brand experience, while simultaneously achieving monthly sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and ensuring a positive user experience. Provide reporting and optimization against business metrics such as: new customer acquisition, online revenue, share of wallet growth, channel adoption, and website satisfaction
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and project management, as well as a hands-on approach within fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Proven expertise in digital transformation and management. Must possess a detailed knowledge of digital strategy and planning in a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) or Business-to-Business (B2B) environments.
Solid understanding of DTC/ Ecommerce business preferably within Financial Services or related sectors.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field required.
Typically has a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerice.
Experience in implementing new lead generation sites and DTC/e-commerce website is required.
Experience in both ecommerce strategy and execution, including content, search, performance marketing, analytics and marketing technology.
Experience in web-based customer acquisition marketing and retention.
