CNO Financial Group Marketing Media Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The CNO Marketing Team is hiring a Marketing Media Associate to provide support to the Mgr, Acquisition Marketing -Paid Media with primary focus on source-coding, invoice processing, management of SAG talent fees/filing, and working with internal and external teams on creative approvals. Additional focus on Telemarketing Management, Commercial Talent Management, work with CPL Finance, Compliance and Legal teams on various projects, and provide coverage as needed and assigned.

As a MARKETING MEDIA ASSOCIATE , your responsibilities will include:
Audio/Direct Mail/TV agencies – Source coding, 800 number allocations, weekly reports, creative approvals.
Telemarketing management - allocating 800#s and sharing with vendors. Test calls. Clearing daily Error Files.
Participate in weekly conference calls regarding production and/or media results
Responsible to support creative development, design, approval (with compliance) and production for new campaigns and edits
Continue to develop new ideas/marketing pieces that will support aggressive growth goals for this new channel
Invoice processing (internal and agency) within media system
Manage commercial talent process (invoicing, recording use, filing, Celebrity Endorser payment/invoice processing)
Create in-house library of creatives
Interact a lot with outside vendors/partners
Request and distribute pre-logs
Review marketing/finance reports as needed
Support/review test plans as needed
Execute media buys: including trafficking of spots, station set-ups, payment set-ups, etc
The MARKETING MEDIA ASSOCIATE position is well-suited for you if you:
Good understanding of Audio/Direct Mail/TV agencies
Ability to problem solve
Able to work independently
Review materials and be able to point out errors; attention to detail (making determinations of potential errors (on invoices) and then escalate to media manager or media director).
Must be able to multi-task. Ability to build stable and collaborative working relationships internally – team player.
Solid communication verbally and written.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment. Flexible, be able to pivot
Qualified candidates will have:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Media and/or Marketing
Relocation Available: No

Our associates will have access to come into their affiliated Office (Carmel, Chicago or Philadelphia) up to 2 days/week, and work from home up to 3 days/week.
